Als ik in Leeuwarden aankom schuiven er wolken voor de zon en de wind voelt guur aan. Gelukkig heb ik een windstopper in mijn tas, snel aangetrokken en de hele dag niet meer uitgedaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat een gezellige stad is Dokkum toch, &#8217;s morgens vroeg is het al lekker druk in de pittoreske winkelstraat Jes. De molens op het bolwerk draaien met piepend loopwerk en de eerste bootjes varen al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Langs de Ee loop ik naar Sybrandyhus, vlak voor het gehucht tref ik een collega, die blijkt in een mooie woonboerderij pal aan de Ee te wonen. Op de automaat loop ik richting Lichtaard, maar als ik de route check blijk ik verkeerd te zijn gelopen. Ik heb geen zin om terug te lopen, en stippel een alternatieve route uit om terug te komen op het Claercamppad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij Hoogbeintum lunch ik en spreek kort met een Engels sprekende toerist op de fiets. Vlak voor Hallum stopt een auto naast me, de man achter het stuur vraagt wat voor hond ik bij me heb. Een oud-duitse herder antwoord ik. Wat een schatje hoor ik de vrouw naast de bestuurder zeggen. Grappig zo&#8217;n ontmoeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vanaf de Hallumerhoek vervolgt de route langs de zeedijk. Daar loop ik heerlijk uit de wind. Wel een lang en saai stuk, zo&#8217;n 7 km tot Zwarte Haan. Langs de koude vaart loop ik naar Oudebildtdijk en speel een spelletje met Denzel. Ik rol Frollic brokjes over het fietspad en Denzel rent er achteraan en eet ze op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via het Kadal loop ik St. Jacobiparochie binnen, het eindpunt van het Claercamppad. Bij de Groate Kerk wacht ik tot Irma me komt oppikken.
