Vorige week kreeg ik tijdens de etappe Franeker naar St. Annaparochie halverwege plotseling een felle pijnscheut in mijn linker knie. Ben doorgelopen en de pijn zakte gelukkig langzaam weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar &#8217;s nachts keerde die pijn in alle hevigheid weer terug, en ook de dagen daarna tot vandaag is de pijn aanwezig. Echter het lopen gaat goed, probleemloos die 35 km gelopen. Echter ook nu weer keerde &#8217;s avonds de pijn terug. Voorlopig maar even rustig aandoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En dat past ook prima bij onze plannen om binnenkort te starten met het lopen met de rugzak op. De komende tijd dus wat kortere wandelingen met een opbouw in gewicht in de rugzak.
