Eerst maar eens 9 kilo (inclusief rugzak) en 9km. Daarna bouwen we dat langzaam op met 1 of 1,5kg meer gewicht en 2 tot 3 km extra afstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vorige week voor de zekerheid een bezoek gebracht aan de fysiotherapeut. Zijn diagnose is ge\u00efrriteerd kraakbeen in de knie. Oorzaak kan van alles zijn, van een misstap, overbelasting, artrose, etc. Volgens hem ging het allemaal wel goed komen voordat ik samen met Ryan naar Zweden vertrekt. Mits ik maar bleef bewegen, vooraf fietsen met een laag verzet was zijn advies. Ook wandelen is goed, zolang de afstanden maar binnen de perken blijven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die adviezen ter harte genomen zijn we verder gegaan met de training. Gisteren zo&#8217;n 11km gelopen met 11,5kg bepakking. Tevens een lijstje gemaakt met spullen die vervangen\/aangevuld moeten worden, dus daarvoor binnenkort maar eens naar Bever of een ander outdoor zaak.
